Your AI Journey
In our experience, most companies decision makers, as of early 2026, have more questions about AI than answers. Some have already started some agents development. Some are just thinking about it and many don’t really know where to start. Fear not ! We are here to help you on your way to AI-ification (is that a word?).
We know that AI is puzzling, both extremely powerful but also looking like a scary magic box, it is quite difficult to know what to do with it. So, not only we are here to help you find what to do with it but also how to do it.
Getting the AI Clear Picture
AI 101
If you are at the start of your journey, you may want to get a proper introduction to AI. By that we mean introducing the concepts (what it really is), how it works behind the scene and covering what it is good at but also very bad at. AI does not do everything very well. It is better to know about it than hope.
This phase can be simple 1 to 1 meetings with the leadership of the company or a seminar with your company staff. It is about getting a firm understanding of what we are really dealing with.
What kind of questions would we answer?
- How does it work ? — The Maths (it is much simpler than it sounds)
- How does it get trained ? — Where is the “intelligence” coming from?
- The various types of AI — ML; LLM; Symbolic AI
- How does an LLM produce an answer and the structure of prompting
- Tracing; Auditing; Compliance in a nutshell
- What are the best AI Use Cases?
With these topics covered, you and your team get properly acquainted with the technology.
Finding your AI best Use Case
Scanning your business opportunities
If you are at the stage where you wonder what AI can do for you, it is worth spending time talking about your business in details.
- What are your processes?
- Where do your staff spend the most time?
- Are there repetitive actions that can be automated?
- Are there any tasks that AI can do that you could not do before?
- How is your current team positioned to start an AI project?
- Etc.
This is about where you can either increase your productivity or add business services to your list. Both are sources of ROI. And ROI is what you really want!
Designing an AI Technical Solution
Once you have found your Business Use Case, it is time to design one or more possible solutions. By that we mean create an architecture now known as Orchestration that would produce the desired outcome.
This is about integrating with your existing eco-system, using your own data, taking your domain into account, taking the legal environment into account too. Like any IT project, we might have to go through various solutions to decide what is the best value for money and risk/reward outcome. Here again, the objective is Return on Investment. So, a good solution is a reasonable solution, one that will work without draining your resources. It must be doable in a reasonable time and for a reasonable cost. We will work with you on these questions.
If you are curious about how very complex solutions really take, you can check our What it really takes page.
Implementing an AI Solution
The implementation of the solution can take various forms. From the famous Proof of Concept (PoC) to the full blown Enterprise Architecture deployed in the cloud, many steps or levels of services can be needed.
We can put together the right team for that. For simple projects, a small team of specialised engineered can do. Maybe even 1 engineer can do it. For more complex solutions, we will use a tech lead, a DB engineer, a Tester, a Frontend developer and probably a Cloud/DevOps engineer. Your project might very well be specific with an integration of your existing Digital Solution. We will adapt!
Deploy and Control
Your project will be deployed in its target environment. This can be either a classic cloud like AWS or Google Cloud, but also your own solution. It can involve paid for frontier LLMs like GPT or Claude. It can also involve some local off the grid LLMs like the Ollama ecosystem for protecting your data and GDPR or any other compliance requirements.
Once deployed, it might require monitoring and control to ensure that the system is not drifting away from its defined duty.
