GoWit is a small firm by design. We are not trying to be a large consultancy. We are trying to be the team that a certain kind of client, one who has might have been burned by over-promising vendors, finally trusts to build something properly.

The leadership team has been together since 2011. Sylvain founded the company in London in 2003, holds a PhD in Symbolic AI, and has spent over two decades delivering enterprise IT projects across Europe. He is also a published author on artificial intelligence because he genuinely had something to say that the market was not saying.

In late 2024, Sylvain relocated to Hanoi for what became a full year of immersion: a flat, a bike, no return flights to Europe. The goal was to understand the Vietnamese engineering market from the inside, build the kind of relationships that only come from being present, and establish a delivery partnership that GoWit could stand behind with confidence. That network now gives us access to senior and medior engineers across most technology stacks, available fast (we mean days), at a cost structure that changes the economics of a European-led project.

Anita has led the company’s operational and structural backbone since joining in Budapest in 2011, holding together the cross-cultural complexity of a firm that operates across Hungary, France, the UK, and Vietnam.

Melchior joined from Warwick University and now runs business development end to end — from first contact to client satisfaction. He speaks four languages and has grown up inside the firm, which means he understands what we can actually deliver before he ever makes a promise.

Together, we are a team that has built real things, complex AI transformation, in real places, for real clients. That is the only credential that ultimately matters.
